Effective Date: June 16, 2024

By registering for The 8:18 Code: Market Dominion Edition, hosted by The 8:18 Collective (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of registration unless a payment plan is selected (if available).
If a payment plan is offered, all scheduled payments must be completed prior to attending the first day of the course.
Failure to complete payments may result in forfeited access without refund.

2. Refund Policy

Because space is limited and materials are prepared in advance, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or participant cancellations.

3. Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request to:

Transfer your seat to another person (with written notice at least 48 hours before Day 1), or
Apply your payment toward a future offering within 6 months, subject to approval and availability.

4. Attendance Expectations

This is a live, in-person course designed to be interactive. We recommend participants attend all sessions for the full benefit of the experience.

Participants are expected to arrive on time and come prepared each day.
Bringing a fully charged laptop is required for participation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content shared during the course — including the workbook, presentations, strategies, and recordings — are the property of The 8:18 Collective and are protected by copyright.

You may not duplicate, distribute, record, or share course materials outside of your personal use.
Unauthorized use or replication may result in legal action.

6. Community Conduct

We believe in cultivating a safe, faith-based, and empowering learning environment.
By enrolling, you agree to:

Refrain from disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior
Keep any shared testimonies or sensitive information confidential

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the course without refund for conduct that violates these principles.
